Flipping through the previous page of our Amnotplastic growth, we coined the 3A concept first time in India. Amnotplastic, a Bangalore-based eco-friendly products and solutions company, was registered in the year 2019, but before that year, since 2016, a board of experts from different fields pooled together and sat on a 10 – 10 room with paper pad and a pen with each of them to discuss the Amnotplastic roadway, the path that reaches the heights. Too much research work was involved in selecting and denying every product that is listed now on our website. Our representatives took direct visits to the factories, and manufacturing units to different parts of the state and to different states to check out the quality of products, credibility, sustainability, and certifications and built a strong network which is one of our strengths along with digital marketing. During COVID times, we held the possibility of supplying eco–friendly products because of our networks and digital marketing platform. Amnotplastic holds 90% of the clients whom we do not meet in person. Over the phone and social media, we earned such loyal customers and their word-of-mouth communication to their circles. This is possible in a business only when the business is 100% genuine.
Whether you hold money or not, whether your business is going well or not, your business must move on. This is Amnotplastic’s mantra. We faced ups and downs, delays in payment from the clients, and fraud encounters, but we never stepped back. We learned from our mistakes and firmly decided our mistakes would not be repeated. We met genuine clients, suppliers, and like-minded people, who showed interest in developing rural and tribal regions mainly by educating and training the women. We had a chance to meet self-help women groups, rural women groups, and tribal women who could contribute to society with handcraft products, that would be an income source for them, besides developing them through education, eradicating illiteracy among their children, and providing training opportunities, setting up manufacturing units and selling their products across the globe.
