Having crossed several hurdles, and stamping many milestones, women are becoming stronger and more intricate survivors, are they to be empowered further? The answer would be yes. Being economically and socially improved, another major aspect that would be intriguing is sustainable development. Women empowerment is one of the main imperatives for a dynamic society and a developed economy as well. Which one must be selected first whether social or economic? Is a silly question. Social and economic empowerment of women go hand and hand and that paves the way for their political empowerment as well. Women are a weaker or fragile section, where 100% literacy or economic liberty is still a plight.

So, lighting on these aspects would bring prospects not only for them but also for the society, nation, and world. In what way it will happen? Educate them? Train them? Build their skills and whatnot. But to the top of it, making them financially strong is the first and foremost thing. We have a long and interesting story of how we chose a women’s category. Women with city exposure are quite stronger than a woman coming from a remote village or even beyond that; say 3 tier city or town. So, we took a period to segregate who needs the women empowerment services of Amnotplastic.  We scrutinize with a team of experts, who deal with these subjects from time to time. We found energetic and aspirant women from tribal and remote villages having abundant skills in making handicraft items like home décor, kitchen utensils, jute bags, mats from banana fiber, and on the other hand handling manufacturing units in producing eco-friendly products.

We picked up those groups who needed assistance to turn their business into a large-scale business and to make their products to be sold in international markets. Many NGOs and self-help groups came forward to enroll themselves with Amnotplastic. From our side, a team of members visits the villages, and tribal areas periodically and meets the people in person, understanding their needs and expectations. We then contact the nearby NGOs to give them training and introduce new technology to speed up their work and productivity.
